Book a SPYDER for yourself, or buy the drive as a gift and let the recipient choose their date later.
Step 01
What are we doing?
A normal rental and a gift voucher are different things, so we split them from the start.
Step 02
Redeem your voucher.
Enter the voucher code you received. The real voucher lookup will be connected to the VOUCHERS data store in the next stage.
Prototype: the code is captured now. Validation against issued vouchers comes next.
Prototype behaviour: while the voucher register is not built yet, redemption uses the BMW Z4 and Half Day Escape as the test entitlement. Once VOUCHERS exists, the code will look up and lock the correct vehicle and plan automatically.

Choose your SPYDER.
You book the actual vehicle, not an “or similar” category.
Step 03
Choose your escape.
These will eventually load from DRIVE_PLANS, including duration, pricing and included kilometres.
Voucher entitlement: BMW Z4 Roadster · Half Day Escape. In the next stage these values will come from the voucher register and will be locked automatically.

Choose your date.
Availability is still mocked in this version. Next we will connect it to managed bookings and the private SPYDER fleet calendar.

When should they drive?
Most gifts can simply be redeemed later. If you already have a preferred date, you can include it as part of the request without making it a confirmed rental.

Who is booking?
The customer gets a persistent CustomerID later during processing. Each rental receives a separate BookingID.

Surprise protected. SPYDER will communicate with the purchaser only until the voucher is redeemed, unless a future delivery option explicitly asks us to contact the recipient.

Driver details.
Driver information remains separate from calendar data and is used only to assess and manage the rental.

Gift eligibility.
The purchaser does not need to know or provide the recipient’s private driver information. Eligibility is checked with the recipient when the voucher is redeemed.
Important: purchasing a voucher does not guarantee that the recipient will be eligible to drive a SPYDER. The person redeeming it must meet the applicable minimum age, hold a valid licence for the vehicle and satisfy SPYDER’s insurance and rental requirements at the time of booking.

Review your request.
No payment is taken here. The booking request will be written into the intake system for processing.
