The full SPYDER Rental Agreement will set out the conditions that apply when hiring one of our vehicles. Final terms will be made available before a customer confirms a rental and will also form part of the booking and driver-verification process.
Rental service licence
SPYDER is operated by XtremeX Limited, a licensed New Zealand rental service operator.

- 01 Driver age, licence and identity requirements.
- 02 Prices, payments, bond and pre-authorisation.
- 03 Insurance, excess and any excess-reduction options.
- 04 Kilometre allowances, fuel and additional drivers.
- 05 Vehicle use, prohibited use and convertible-specific damage.
- 06 Pickup, return, late return and extensions.
- 07 Accidents, breakdowns, roadside assistance and damage reporting.
- 08 Cancellations, booking changes, no-shows and weather.
Final agreement applies

Customers will have an opportunity to review the applicable terms before completing their booking and vehicle handover requirements.
